Recommended Dosage: Adults (19 years and older) – Take 1 capsule per day with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
Recommended Use: Helps to form red blood cells, supports energy metabolism, and aids in normal early fetal development.
Cautions: Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have peptic ulcers, regional enteritis, ulcerative colitis, hemochromatosis, other types of anemia, repeated blood transfusions, or stomach/intestinal problems. Do not use if you have an allergy to bovine products. Discontinue use if hypersensitivity or allergy occurs. Iron supplements may cause constipation, diarrhea, nausea, upset stomach, or abdominal cramping. Iron may cause stools to turn black, an effect that is not harmful. Keep out of reach of children.
