Antacid use (adults): Take 1 tablespoon to relieve heartburn, indigestion, or upset stomach. Do not take within 2 hours of other medications.
Cautions: Do not use as an antacid for more than 2 weeks or if symptoms recur. Shake well before use and do not drink directly from the bottle. Consult healthcare practitioner if you have kidney disease or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
