Adults, adolescents and children (6 years+): Take 1 capsule twice daily with meals (total 20 billion CFU/day), at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Caution: Do not use if immune-compromised. Consult a healthcare practitioner if experiencing fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain. Discontinue use if digestive upset worsens or persists beyond 3 days. Keep out of reach of children. Shelf-stable version doesn’t require refrigeration; refrigerated version should be stored below 8 °C.
