Recommended Dose (Adult Women): Chew 1 tablet daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
For recurrent UTIs: Take 2 tablets per day, as recommended.
Take at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics. Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.
Cautions: Do not use if immune-compromised. Consult your practitioner prior to use if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking blood thinners, or if you experience fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain. Discontinue use and consult your practitioner if symptoms persist beyond 3 days. Keep out of reach of children. Refrigerate below 8 °C.
