Recommended Dose (Adults & children 12+ years): Take 10 drops once daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Invert bottle to a 45° angle and shake gently, then allow drops to fall directly into the mouth or into approximately 7 mL (¼ oz) of water.
