Recommended Dose (Adults): Take 2 capsules twice daily with meals containing oil, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Continue for up to 12 weeks unless advised otherwise.
Cautions: Do not take if allergic to Asteraceae family (e.g., saw palmetto). Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you are taking blood thinners, antidepressants, or have autoimmune disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, iron deficiency, kidney or liver disorders, estrogen-dependent cancer, or a history of non-melanoma skin cancer. Prostate cancer should be ruled out prior to use. Report adverse effects like sweating, headache, dizziness, or signs of liver injury and discontinue use. Rare liver injury has been reported with green tea extracts. Keep out of reach of children.
