UNDA Lobelia Plex 30ml
Adults & adolescents (12 + years): Take 10 drops, 2–3 times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take 10 minutes away from food. Invert the bottle, shake lightly, and allow drops to fall directly under the tongue or into roughly 7 mL (¼ oz) water—hold for ~20 seconds before swallowing.
Children (6–11 years): Take 5 drops following the same instructions.
Children (1–5 years): Take 1–5 drops, up to 3 times daily.
Acute use: Take every 15–60 minutes (up to 12×/day) until symptom improvement, then revert to regular dosing.
Cautions: Do not use if cough lasts more than 1 week, returns, or is accompanied by fever or persistent headache. Consult a practitioner if pregnant or breastfeeding, or if symptoms persist. Keep out of reach of children.
